Hi there

sometimes, we just haven't got the answers to everything. I know how easy it is to get into this cycle of questioning everything. But, like I said, we just haven't got the answers to everything.

When we keep questioning, it's like a bad habit. When we don't question something we then start thinking that it needs to be questioned and we feel a bit crap if we were to just not question.

However, what you have to do is accept. Accept the way things are. The less you question, the easier it will be not to question.

It's like when you question is there a God. Try and come to a place of what you believe. Then don't question any more. I know it's difficult at first but, the more you don't question, the less you'll feel you have to.

In my opinion, you're just giving things too much thought and are not settled in that state of being and accepting. When we question we feel we have to but when we don't, we don't feel the need to. It's like a vicious circle. The more we question, the more we feel we have to and the more we do it. But, the truth is, we don't have to.

The most important thing is to just be. By that (as you probably already know from your books!) I mean live in the moment, don't question things. Be you.

The most important thing is to be you. Follow your heart without questioning everything and all will fall into place.

I hope I have helped in some way. There are people who can offer you spiritual guidance at your local complimentary health centre which you can find in a local business directory or through google.

All the best.

Hello, Try and cheer up, posted a question on SAD a seasonal
downer, most of the advice coming is positive. If you have got any spare cash you could try a sun lamp,or failing that just walking outside in what is at this time a small amount of daylight.
I know it`s not much consolation ,but there are plenty of others
going through anguish at this time of year.Bloody Xmas does not
help,it serves only to focus your own negativity.
Is there a Buddhist centre near you, they are good at teaching
meditation, and the social interaction might cheer you a bit.

Sometimes you can't cure depression with just therapy and medication. The reason for this is you have to figure out when, where, and what caused the depression. Until you find the answer to this question you will have a hard time ever curing the problem. The point for finding help is you know part of your illness. God does exist, but if you do not believe in him how is he going to help you? You need to believe!! All your questions can be answered, but you have a better chance of giving your self the answer than someone else giving it for you.

I find that studying buddhism and zen help lift me a bit. You should look into that. It seems to be really very helpful in healing power. Even if you don't believe in it. You learn how to become one with yourself and everything around you and not let things affect you so much. Look into it. Read up on it in the library. Check it our online. There's a buddhist temple out by me that I go to sometime just to meditate and clear my mind. Maybe you can find something like that by you. Or sometimes I like to go to the forest perserve. I have a special place I like to sit and draw or just relax. Watch the ducks swim in the pond. Feed the squirls. Try it. It might help.

It's sounds like you are more sane than most. The questions you have are the same as all, we just don't let the tough answers bring us down as much. You are PERFECTLY normal maybe with a little chemical imbalance, but that is so common it's not even funny. You must learn to enjoy the simple things in life!

yoga and meditation will help you with depression. i'm not saying join a new religion or anything but you can do this and still remain whatever religion you are. When you start feeling depressed go somewhere quiet and chant words of affirmation. think of something that makes you happy. take time out to do this. i purchased a book called complete guide to pilates yoga meditation stress relief. it has changed my life.

HI THERE IS A GREAT SPRITUAL RETREAT CALLED "WEMON IN THE SPIRIT" ALSO IF THERAPY & MEDICATION AREN'T WORKING CHECK OUT "INDIGO CHILDREN" MAYBE YOU ARE NOT JUST DEPRESSED, GOOGLE IT AND YOU MAY FIND OUT WHY THESE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING TO HELP YOU.

FEW QUESTION:
WERE YOU ABUSED AS A CHILD?

HAVE YOU ALWAYS FELT LIKE YOU WERE SOMEHOW DIFFERENT EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HOW?

DO YOU HAVE A NEED TO KNOW YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE?

IF SO...DEFINATELY READ ON INDIGO CHILD AND ADULTS
