Do not peel your split ends. You will only makes the ends of your hair thinner and more prone to breakage.
It's best to trim split ends to stop the split from going upwards.
If you only have a few you can twist your hair in sections and snip the split ends that stick out.
If you have a lot go to a salon, explain the situation and ask for a trim.
If things are really bad and you need to go shorter, look at the different hair styles on www.matrix.com.

Don't even think about peeling those!!!! never, never....If you do that the only thing you will get is weackest ends and that is exactly what you need to avoid. Regardless of what some hair products say, it is not possible to seal again split ends, so the only thing to do now, is to get a nice trim and have a new healthy start for your hair.
Good luck!!

NO! Dont peel them! If you see a split end, just grab some scissors and trim the tip of that hair off. If you have a bunch, just go get a hair cut. You should be getting your hair cut every 6-8 wks.

no bon't peel them..they will only get more frayed after a day or so. and you shouldn't leave them either, what you should do is go and get your hair trimmed, you don't need a big lot cut off just the dead ends.

Don't peel, instead just trim your hair and after that always use conditioner especially on the tip of the hair strands.

I don't bother worrying about split ends. I never notice them on other people either, unless I look at the individual hairs very closely.

Don't touch them. In fact, try not to even brush your hair when it's dry. You need to get a trim from a professional salon. In the future, don't let your hair get to the point of breakage by getting a trim every six weeks.

do not pick at them, it will cause them to be worse. you should have a trim every 6 months to remove them, or if you do not want to trim your hair, then use moisturizing conditioner in your hair.
