Do you guys know a spesific type of tree that grows near water (-sea-)? Thanks

Coconuts, Barringtonia acutangula and Barringtonia recemosa are some of the trees that are adapted to grow in the vicinity of sea.

But remember they do not actually exist in the sea water.

In fact , no tree can survive actually in that water. Only

Mangroves tolerate and thrive in the closest proximity of saline

environ.

The most diverse salt-tolerant trees are tropicals. Some are Coccoloba uvifera (Seagrape), Cocos nucifera (Coconut Palm), Pritchardia pacifica (Fiji Fan Palm), Clusia rosea (Clusia) among others.

Mangrove....but only in the sub-tropics or warmer and in the US they are protected so once they are planted you are not supposed to prune or remove.
