Anything soft, like pudding. Make sure you don't eat anything fibrous like bananas or bread, it will just stick in your braces. Stick with soups, it cold anyway!!

Soup, pudding, gelatin, ice cream, cottage chees, yogurt, and other similar soft foods that don't require much chewing. You can even put some things in the blender or food processor to liquify them. Eventually, you will get used to the feeling and will be able to eat more and more "normal" foods, but practically every time you get your braces adjusted, you will go through a few days of this all over again.
Good luck!!

I had them a hundred years ago so i remember that feeling.
fif they give u the wax to apply so you do not get cut?
and what i did was not bite into any foods I cut everything up and plopped it in the back of my mouth for months it helps also it helps keep them cleaner and the ugly food particcles out of viewing from others, you might want to get a waterpick for about $15 they are great to clean your teeth with and they also will clean the sink, shower, the faucets or any otrer nooks and cranny places. they are quite fun,.
hope you have a nice smile asap!

Very normal-you will get use to them soon and then you will get them tightened and go through it all over again until your mouth gets use to it.
