6 weeks. Re-dying it any sooner can just begin to fry your hair.

Wait until you have some roots showing to avoid damaging your hair.

Apply dye to roots first and wait a bit before applying to rest of hair. Package directions will provide specifics.

Protect hair with leave-on conditioner before heat styling. You can also get a shower head with a filter to remove chlorine from your tap water to prevent/slow fade out.

you ought to watch for yet another a million month or ideally 3 months' time to re-dye your hair. The moisture on your hair has purely been dried out after each and each hair colour consultation. So so as to income returned hair moisture returned, a million greater month is largely mandatory.

Jodi has a valid point. The real question is why you want to redye your hair. Has it just grown out? is there a problem with the color? I have to do my roots every 4 weeks. It is important not to continually run full strength permanant color through your ends repeatedly, for this breaks down the structural integrity. More information is needed to answer your question properly!

If you're using permanant hair dye then definiately at least once every 2/3 months otherwise your colours will be messed up! However, if it's just normal dye then every 6 weeks.

it depends on if you went darker or lighter-if you went darker you can wait two if you deep condition it at least four times (meaning a thick coat of conditioning balm left on your hair for at least fifteen minutes) but if you lightened it you need to wait six or four with deep conditioning twice a week
