I'd like to know too.
It seems that butter bread recipes in general are a secret... I know St. Kitts butter bread is very distinct from others in that it has a orange tint and can be very salty. I think it's from the type of butter they use. When i'm on St. Kitts I usually buy my bread from American Bakery on Victoria Road downtown. But honestly, the best butter bread i've ever had is from Thomas Bakery on St. Croix.
