NO!!!! That is not personal.... It makes you look like you put no effort into buying her something or thinking about her and on her birthday. Just my two cents...

I wouldn't! This is such an impersonal gift. If you want to stick with the gift card, then get a gift card from a place she really likes to go to. Or better yet, get her an actual gift, something you know she really likes. Seeing that you have been dating her for 1.5 years now, you should now what she likes.

Think about a gift card to a salon or a masseur where she can get a good back rub after a hard week of work. One I know of is called Toppers in Philadelphia. It just might promote you getting one back. Good luck.
