Does anyone know of any ways that you can give someone who you believe may be using crack or heroin a drug test with out them knowing? I know that sounds crazy, but I believe my brother may be relapsing and he refuses to take a drug test, is there any way that my mother or I can either have him forced to take one, or any way i can get him to take him unknowingly?

he is 22 years old and just OD'd on heroin in june of last year...and now we are starting to see all the same things happening again, he just moved out and now hes constantly asking for money(when he makes good money at his job) and when you visit him you can just tell that he is on dugs by the way he acts. He is also living with the person whom he OD'd with before...we really just want to help him but we realize that you cant help someone who dosent want to he helped but i realy dont want my brother to OD again and possibly not make it through this time.

If it has reached this point, it's really over. Quit scheming & manipulating. He knows you're not blind. Are you hoping that a sneak test will create a clean result that you already know is not true? Just accept what all of you know, he has relapsed, and act based on that knowledge.

Yeah your mother coud give him an ultimatum. piss in this cup or get the hell out. that's what i'd do. but if you really want to do it secretly you could obtain a sample of his hair. (from a pillow or an article of clothing) and send it to a lab. that is expensive and time consuming however so i'd just go with the ultimatum.
