It's a Fuji FinePix S3000, that is way passed it's warranty time. Since it was bough online, I don't have a local shop where to bring it to. It accidently fell on the ground, and now the zoom won't work.

Since I kind of like it, I would prefer to have it fixed, but I'm not too sure who could do that kind of job. Any hint?

Unlikely that any local place can fix it, and you could probably replace it two times for the cost.

I agree to look for a used one on eBay, or replace it with a new model.

If you don't have a local shop to bring it to the answer is going to be no place can repair it.

Look for a used one on e-bay its probably cheaper than having it fixed.
