Use cold water for brushing your teeth, warm water would not taste very good. Best Wishes and Happy Brushing!

I use warm because I have exceptionally cold-sensitive teeth. To each his own; there's no right or wrong temp for water. I've even known people who don't wet their brush first...just go for it with a dry brush & the tooth paste! Now, to me, THAT'S weird!

I use warm or hot. Cold just makes my teeth chatter! Plus with warm you can soften the bristles better. My husband does cold and I thought it was weird he does it. LOL

I actually use middle of the road. I find cold can sometimes make my teeth hurt and that hot tends to make the toothpaste not as effective.

use whatever comes out of the tap when i turn it on. I wouldn't have the water on long enough to get warm. think a lot of people waste water by letting it run needlessly. It's simple conservation, and we all need 2 do our part.
