Thanx for the comments guys!Yes i do like him but i doubt that he knows how i feel..Al he ever does is to stare @t me,him and his friend..He will greet me and ignore me the next day,wots up with that?He greets my friend nicely,why cant he b like that with me :(

Sounds like he doesn't know what to do with himself, especially since it is a workplace environment. However, of course, the details are lacking - when does he stare ? Are you dressing consistently with the workplace dress code (if any) ? Also, he could simply be moody, or in a rocky relationship already. He may greet your friend nicely but not you because he's unsure of how to act...

it sounds like he likes you to as he greets your freind and not you i had the same problem this boy used to ignore me he never ever said hello and sitting in silence was so awkward but eventually after two years he asks me out but by that time i was over him so i think you should make the first move nothing desperate just ask his opinion on something make him comfatable around you and basicallay show youre easy going with a sense of humour and just be your self and if he does like you things could develop but just remember to be your self hope this has helped and hope it works out 4 ya x
