police-style handcuffs are a no-no, especially if you're having sex. That **** hurts.
Go for furry cuffs at least, or even better, the leather kind with fur trim.

Handcuffs are uncomfortable...I have nylon restraints, velcro closures, and they can be hooked together or not, as desired...
