Every one thinks that Gods promise is to come when the world ends. Who all thinks thats true. Will god ever come? Will the world ever end?? Thats the main question.

Will our physical world ever end? The answer is no. Our marvelous planet earth will be here forever. What does the Bible teach us about the earth? These Scriptures will help you:

The "world " that will be destroyed, will be the world of ungodly people. God promises to destroy those who destroy the earth by their wars and pollution--"And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth."

Well..yes God will come back and I guess you can say it's partly the end of time. In scripture it says that when God comes back all of the people who accepted him into their life and where saved will vanish in an instant and will be taken to heaven. The people who were Left Behind( a great movie you should see) will live in a trubulation period. This will be the time in which the world will still exist as if it did any other day. However, with an absent God not watching over it. The left behind people will have a decision to accept the mark of the beast and reject God forever or they have one more chance to accept God. Now accepting the mark of hte beast will be the only way you would be able to live in this world because it is the only way things can be bought, etc. That is why there is an internet and that is why things are getting more and more simpler and easier in this world until it eventually becomes one big system that will require a mark or tag to become a part of.

With all the disasters of biblical proportions that have occurred in recent times, it really makes one wonder. Personally, I believe that what will eventually cease most of the human race will be a meteor. A flaming mountain of fire. It has happened before and it's just a matter of time before one hits again of that size. It could be 20 yrs from now or it could be 100. I think the government will know when one shows a path to a collision course to earth. It may be kept a secret to avoid panic. Certain people will be put in bunker type structures in the mountains maybe where they will live for a generation or two (maybe three or more) until the planet's surface is safe again. They will be in charge of repopulating the earth if everything works out the way it should. It's just a theory and the most likely one I can think of. Other disasters of such a force to think about: the eruption of Yosemite (that one is scary-I did some research-who knew?), a chain of massive earthquakes, one fault setting off the next; or it could be a plague/virus that takes everyone out. As we cut into the rain forest, we are finding new kinds of life, maybe something is there that has been previously hidden that we have no defense against.

I believe the world will end, but nobody knows when, not even the angels in heaven. Jesus will have a second coming, but I don't know if God is going to be there. I believe God, Jesus & the Holy Ghost are 3 seperate beings. How can you know what to do when the world ends, I personally don't want to live thru it. But until then I'm going to live my life the best I can & try to be a better person & learn from my mistakes.

Boy, we pray in church, mine, " world with out end" but then we say God will come and the world will end. What we should say is the AGE will end. But Jesus says he will give us a new heaven and earth. So its is a bit up for grabs. Our only job in all of this is to be prepared. Pray, do good, love God. try not to sin. be sorry if you do, amend your ways so those sins are not done again if possible. And have faith.

After Jesus returns to claim his own. It is prophezied in the bible that only parts of the earth will be destroyed.
A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up. Rev 8:7
A third of the sea turned into blood, 9a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed. Rev 8:8-9
star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water Rev 8:10
A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter. Rev 8:11
Rev 9:20 The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues.

I would follow the instruction of 1950's nuclear videos. Remember those videos that told you what to do in case a nuclear weapon was detonated near you? Hide under the desk and wait for the all clear signal. Just do that when the world comes to an end.

Relax, the world isn't going to end for another five billion years. At least that is it'll be another five billion years before the sun goes red giant and swallows the Earth.
