Do you mean acne? To me acne is the worst because it is the one that is more easily treatable. It is gross when someone has a bunch of whiteheads on their face.

I'd say spots because tin grins are very much in and as far as glasses go the right frames can make a great look.

Braces - #2 (food can get stuck in there, NASTY!)
Glasses - don't think they are a turn off at all if they look nice.

None bother me. Immature people tend to get "turned off" by physical traits that are not normal to them.
