I want to move to Europe for a little while. But I dont know where to look or where to even start first. Do I look for a job, do I even need to apply for something special to live in the U.K., maybe look for a place to live? Any advice would really help, Im getting tired of the U.S. and need a break from it. Thanks

To work in England you need a visa, and they can be hard to obtain as you usually have to have a job offer first and then it can take 8-12 weeks. Have plenty of money as the dollar is very weak right now.
