The bible does not tell us that Noah did not gather reproductive specimans from carrots, pineapples, naseberries, sweetsop, batwan, dayap, pokeweed, callaloo, pau amarello, zebrawood, and more! I won't mention dandelions because nothing can eradicate those pesky little things.
We all know that Noah didn't go out and plant that olive tree. So how did vegetation start up after the flood? The only thing I can think of is that the dove planted the olive tree, Noah planted the rest of the crops later on, and the gathering of the vegetation was lost somewhere in the translation.

Vegetation, especially in seed form is very hardy. So, many seeds would have survived until the water receded and they could start growing.
Trees keep their form under artificial lakes for decades, if not longer. That the olive tree had blossomed is one of the miracles of the flood.

no, the bible does not specifically mention Noah gathering vegetables or fruits or other plants. But think about this; if Noah only took two of every animal on the face of the planet and they all survived for forty days what do you think Noah ate for forty days and nights? He had to have taken something with him.

The flood did not kill everything that has life, It did not kill the fish, they can live underwater, & it did not kill the Plant life, Read what it did destroy, everything that walk or crawl on the earth & every fowl. From Adam to noah all people were vegetarins , But after the flood they began to eat meat.

I understand that seeds could have survived the flood but wouldn't a global flood also spread seeds of every species of plant across the globe. Why then do we have some plants that can only be found on certain continents when it is clear that they could survive on others?

typhoon, Jehovah's Witnesses did no longer come down interior the final rain bathe. The imaginitive "days" spoken of in Genesis describe classes of time wherein the earth replaced into being arranged for human beings. The earth replaced into right here for eons because of the fact the 1st line interior the Bible says "interior the commencing up, God created the heavens and the earth." you realize that we talk of classes of time as "interior the day of" collectively because it must be many, some years. there replaced into additionally a commencing up and an end to each and each of those classes of time, "a morning and a night." If somebody desires to argue this functional questioning then why are each and all the collective imaginitive days called "day" in Genesis 2:4: "those are the generations of the heavens and of the earth whilst they have been created, interior the DAY that our lord god made the earth and the heavens." (KJV) in the time of the time wherein God created the sea and land animals there's no reason to have faith there have been no longer animals we don't see on the instant. they could have died off certainly or no longer survived the flood because of the fact they weren't called to the ark as different animals have been. additionally, carbon relationship isn't infallible yet could properly be altered with tips from unusual differences in climate and environment. Please permit me say, as one among Jehovah's Witnesses for greater years than I care to confess, the 2d answer on your question replaced into organic bu*****t. the two an intentional lie or an "I hear say so."

The story of Noah is a really big exaggeration.
The truth is, the whole world was not flooded.

Why is it so hard for people to just concider that God did it?.... God can do what ever God wants to do and can make whatever He wants to make. no big deal for God to just make any plants he wanted and to make them grow as fast as he wanted them to....if god wanted all he had to do was just make them all appear at once all over the world.... just like the question of where did all the water come from and wher did it all go after.... God put it there and God took it away...where did he put it?... concider how much water is around in the solar system
