i finally found something that was important to me. it wasn't a person or religeon, but it was important to me. I finally found a reason to wake up in the morning, but its gone no it was taken. Well it was taken in a way (im not going to explain.) Now since its gone i don't see why i should go on. What should I do?

cry and yell and cry some more. give yourself a time limit. give yourself an hour a day or a week, what ever you need then say goodbye. know there will be more tears and be kind to yourself! then remember all the good things you have in life, food, shelter, oxygen etc. and be thankfull. begin to list everything you are thankfull for!

Without knowing what you're specifically referring to its harder to answer the question.

But in general, what I do is I try to view life more of as a journey. Along the way there will be enjoyable moments and there will be difficult times. We choose which path to travel so most of what occurs to us is by our choice regardless if we choose to believe it or not. At the same time, while we may choose the path we don't control the path and things can occur that are out of our control. So think about what you want out of life (where you want to go and what paths you want to follow). Then come up with a plan to work towards your goals (in other words pick up the AAA trip tick for where your going). Then HONESTLY, monitor your own progress and be ready to alter your plan if needed. Also, remember the direct route to what you want may not be the most pleasant. Consider a less direct path sometimes figuring in time for odd side trips along the way.

But in the end remember it's not just attaining the goal that is important but the trip you took to get there. i.e. Life is a journey.

Best of Luck and sorry for your loss whatever it may have been.

Sometimes a door must close in order for another to open. You may not understand exactly why this part of your life that you became so attached to and loved had to end, but I promise you dear in time you will know why this occurred and the sun will shine again. The same has happened to me. And to many others I'm sure. Please be patient and you will be shown a new something or other that will inspire you once again.
Wishing you the best luv!

Just pray. Even if your not religious just ask your higher power to take this off of your mind. It worked for me, I dwell on stuff for long periods of time but when I finally pray and ask for it to be taken off my conscience it is. No lie.

Things like this you must go through. Not under, over, or aside. You must face it head on and work it out. That is the only way.

You have to still have hope that one day whatever it is that you lost you will eventually find it again. By doing is it will give you the determination to get up in the morning.
