If he takes care of you he DOES love you.
He won't allow you do date? Are you guys dating and agreed that it's just the two of you?
If you're dating, I give him two thumbs up because he's not going to have sex with you until you guys are committed to each other and that's great, you don't have to have sex to feel loved. It's a very personal act for most people and they just don't give it up, even if he's a guy.
He won't commit? How long have you been seeing him? Do you mean commit as in marrying? If he won't commit. I'd say that's a big reason why he won't have sex with you as well.
He keeps his key? Sure, why not, why should he give you his key? A man is entitled to his privacy.
I have to go back and ask how long you've been seeing this guy. I've never had anyone else's key but my own. I'm a married woman and I never had my husband's apartment key when we were dating. That's just how some men operate.

No, uhhm im a guy and he seems more like a brother or somethin like that, if a guy isnt willin to commit, then u dont want a relationship with him, relationships are all about being there for each other, in other words commitment, so yep, if a guy loves then his willin to do anythin for them includin all the things u mentioned!

Say your question aloud and then think about the answer....does that sound like love to you? Having sex with someone doesn't show them that you love them......I really don't fully understand your question at all. It's kind of ridiculous.
