Where's a decent hotel in Helston, Cornwall, or nearby?

Mr. GorgeousFluffpot and I are going there this weekend and need to find somewhere to stay, comfortable bed and a hot shower (of, in Mr. GF's case, a very cold shower please to dampen his constant ardour!). anyway, are there places to eat that are open on Sundays? And what hotel would you recommend?
Or ... any offers from local people to kip down on their sofa would be welcome too ..

You could always try R.N.A.S. Culdrose if you're quick about it before the Government close it down - they'd soon dampen Mr.GF's ardour. Seriously though, it is a lovely area and I believe the most haunted inn in the country is round about, why not try that. It's all on the NET.
