The things that don't exist don't outnumber anything. However imaginary things outnumber real things, at least on this Earth.
Case in point: How many imaginary Gods are there, and how many real Gods are there? Well, I calculate 25 to zero, and that's just in the United States alone.
Anyway, your question as you asked it was supposedly about things that don't exist, and that just ain't right.

Both would seem to be rather large numbers. The number of stars that exist or have existed, problably out weighs the number of things that have never existed.

but then again, just because you havent seen it doesnt mean it doesnt exist somewhere in the universe. so how can you count this accurately...?
