she had a male with her for 5 monthes, she did not like him at all, I gave him back to the person who gave him to me. could it be food or missing the other bird? I would appreciate it if someone could answer this for me

While she may be missing the other bird, if she did not like him this may not be the reason. I would think that some mineral is missing from her diet. Put a mineral block and cuttlefish in the cage. Give the bird some toys as it can also be bordem. Also offer some fresh veggies and fruit, just in the cage bars is ok if she does not normaly eat a good diet. A seed or pellet only diet is not good for a bird at all.

i have a cockatiel named Tata a fun filled bird but she might cause when i seperate mine form each other they react. but i would also take her to the vet to be safe!
