Christians believe that magic comes from the Devil and miracles come from God.
This is because all magic does is show how arrogant and proud a person is of his abilities or knowledge, which is the main vice of the Devil, while miracles show the love and awesome healing power of God.

you will come across an excellent sort of books on the library. i might think of which you're feeling somewhat powerless precise now, and are drawn to the belief of "magic" in view which you have faith it provide you some form of component. It won't. Magic does not exist interior the sense you will like it to. that's the manufactured from mind's eye, and collectively as unique, grants no power, purely unhappiness.

Some Christians are horrified if you mention that they believe in "the supernatural", although it's a fact that's exactly what they believe in. Magic falls in that category, I think.

Magic, to us Christians, is a product and vice of the devil. It is NOT a good thing to practice because it can bring you into temptation and cause you to sin.
In old times people were persecuted for "devil worship" because they supposedly used magic.

Some have "Christian magic". Like those repetitious prayers to saints....rosaries, stupid rituals like putting a staute of joseph in the ground head first to sell a house. Retards.

Personally, I believe that spells and book of spells does exist even in the new testament simon the sorceror burned his book of spells in replacement of his salvation. Now, believing that it can influence...it depends on a certain degree especially when it comes to psychological and spiritual aspect.
