According to recent news reports it's actually got more bacteria than standard tap water, there may be some minor benefits but they don't justify the price.

Depends on where you live. I live in New Orleans and the tap water comes from the Mississippi River. Well, after the river passes all the oil refineries, chemical plants, waste from cities and agriculture farms not too mention all the factories, I enjoy mineral water because at least I don't glow in the dark anymore.

Yeah. Many "mineral" waters are actually tap water in disguise anyway.
We all need a certain amount of minerals in our diet, but the question is, does this water contain the right minerals? Check the labels.

Regular water is superior. Mineral water may have high sodium content that makes your body bloat and retain water.
