I have heard of this. It's mosly water weight, and excess waste. However, you can lose weight from it. Contact your doctor or healthcare practioner before you doing anything however. And, make sure the product is effective! Best of luck on your weight loss.

100lbs? I doubt it.
However, colon cleansing will take some of the (excuse the term lol) 'crap', from your system.
If you think think of the way scale builds up in your kettle, imagine what builds up inside your body!
The modern way to clear this is using a colonic.
Regular use of this method will, if properly carried out, reduce the amount of food as well as minerals and other indigestibles which builds up.
As the body then has less 'clogging' it up, it will weigh slightly less.
If you couple this with a healthy diet and regular exercise, you will find that you will lose weight reasonably easily.

You lose a lot of waste matter but it does not provide a lasting, effective program of discipline. Losing weight is like learning any skill. You can play a musical instrument but ask any musician how to be proficient with an instrument.Daily habit. When I became a vegetarian I lost weight and did not miss it. However, I exercised daily and kept a journal of what I was eating and eliminating. Weight loss comes from balancing a budget- burn more calories than you eat!You don't have to follow my example. Devise your own plan and be determined to stick to it until you achieve your goal.

Colon cleansers are just laxitives which should only be used once in a while. Constent use can be very dangerous to your health. They can leave you very dehydrated which can land you in the hospital. They also can cause serious damage to your digestive system. It's just a quick fix. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water will clean you out much better. Eating right and staying active is the key to losing weight and you're more likely to keep it off. BE CAREFUL & GOOD LUCK!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

THINK!!!!!!
Do you really think its possible to reduce body fat (which is what most people are talking about when they say they want to "lose weight") by evacuating your bowels????
The only way to lose weight is by eating less, eating healthier and undertaking regular exercise for more than 30 mins at a time.
Below is a link which explains to you why things like colonic irrigation and laxatives are DANGEROUS for your normal bowel function and will do nothing to help you lose weight long term.

no, its about an average of 10lbs per session, but you will only see this much loss if you have it done once or twice a year.
If you are looking for fast weight loss and you have 3 or more stone to loose, you should joing lighter life. I lost a whole stone on it last week (14lbs in 7 days), however its only in the uk and u have to be at least 3 stone overweight to join

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will recover results than a long manage or swim.

Personally i do not think you can lose weight by colon cleansing.Only feces coming out, no fat at all. I would never ever have that done, it is basically the same as what people ages ago used to do. They used to stick and enema up their behinds filled with soapy water. That made their stomachs run and they believed it cleaned them out as well. I personally feel that nature should take its own course. Not the kind of job i would like to do:))))

Think about it, if your colon is cleaned out then the weight of that waste is gone, yes. But no calories have been burned so no fat on your body was affected.
The best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise regularly, bottom line.
