If you don't want to make out with these 5 guys - then DON'T! If you like the one guy then forget the other guys. You don't have to try to make everyone happy... it IS your birthday, after all. If any of the 5 guys give you a hard time about it then they're scum anyway.
Make your own decisions, be your own person, and choose what makes you happy - not everyone else.

You messed it up, why dont you back off and let this party have fun. Dont make out with any of them. Just wait till your bday party over and go to him and make out with him. You wont have dramas in your party.

Tell them to get over it. If you don't like them then tell them so. Beating around the bush and dodging them won't make the situation any better. You have a right to go for the guy you like and if they get upset that's their problem. But don't be cruel about it, that'll just make them angry and they'll probably tell the guy you actually do like all sorts of crap.
