Yes,when you totally put the love for someone else first, you can forsake even your mom and dad, sister, brother, and yes even your own self. I just hope such love is ,the Love of God through Jesus, When you become that devoted, The Holy Ghost comes into your life, a gift,a comforter from the Father,"blessed be He", VIA Jesus, and all love and joy returns to you, some 10 fold, some 100, and so on,
Some describe it as being born again. :)
So to answer your question,I would say,Yes...temporally in Jesus, but it will return.

Well the Bible says that no one hates himself Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it,.....
So you may think you don't love yourself, but if you eat food, use the restroom, sleep or wake up, I would say you love yourself some. You should take care of yourself more than that of course but you usually will only limit your love for another if you don't take care of yourself properly. The more you take care of yourself will definately reflect on the way you can love another.

I believe that are varying degrees or ways to love, the way I love myself is the way I love others. Who ever is in my life is a manifestation of how and where I'm at. Living with a pyscho, then I need to look to myself. Living with an angel, look to myself. If I'm mentally healthy I won't want someone thats not. Cheers.

You can love some else in a non healthy way. This is the case with most of the world... b/c they give all the love and affection away to people when it should first be directed unto God. In return, God teaches us to love ourselves and others in a proper and balanced manner. Don't get me wrong though... I can't speak for everyone b/c there are several God lovers that love themselves TOO MUCH and there are some who don't even know how to love themselves.

No. It is also written that a husband should cherish his wife because they are one flesh. A man cherishes his own body and loves it, so also should cherish and love his better half.
But it is possible that a person must realize God loves her/him, and that love flows out to others. If a person feels hated of God, person might very well not be able love others.

you don't need yo worry about loving yourself. loving others is what is important
love is actions not some creepy feeling you get that's lust or affection love is what we do for others or ourselves. loving yourself is not important we do that far too much sacrificing ourselves for others is what loving others means.
if we make personal sacrifices we arent loving ourselves.
so to love others we need to take a break from loving ourselves.

NO, we are to love ourselves. As Christians we are to practice self denial in order to follow Christ and love and put God first in our lives.

I think to be truly happy and feel free to love someone fully, you need to be happy with who you are and to love yourself. Then you will treat them they way you want to be treated.
Husbands are told to "love their wives as they love their own bodies, for no man hated his own flesh; but he feeds and cherishes it.." Eph. 5: 28

I do not think so. Love is God and God is Love. If you do not love God and self, I do not believe that you can really love others. The love of God is expressed by loving others. It is all inner connected. It is all of the spirit.
