No.
The levels of cholesterol and total phospholipid (main type of fat) in yolks are "similar". The total cholesterol is about 8.29 mg/g yolk in fertilized eggs, and 7.31 mg/g yolk in unfertilized eggs

When things say they don't contain cholesterol, it is can be deceptive.

The reason is this: Your body makes cholesterol when you eat saturated fat. Some foods have cholesterol in them, Some foods have no cholesterol, but they DO have saturated fat. So when you eat them, your body produces cholesterol which is just as bad as eating it.

If you want to lower your cholesterol through diet, you need to eliminate food with cholesterol in it AND ALSO food with saturated fats.

Chicken eggs (fertilized or unfertilized) have saturated fat (in the yolk) and also have cholesterol.

Best thing to do is use the egg whites only.

This is a myth probably propagated by dishonest people who wanted to counter the negative public perception of eating fertilized eggs. If you are anti-abortion, you should also be against the eating of forcefully aborted chicken fetuses.
