If I become a Secular Humanist, can I still get married or have a funeral?

I'm not asking if I can still legally do those things, I'm asking whether or not it goes against Secular Humanist beliefs.

Yes, you can have a secular wedding and funeral and no it doesn't go against humanist values. Here is an entire directory of helpful websites on the topic.

hmmm... why not?

Edited to add: I've never heard a secular humanist say anything other than their personal opinion on marriage and funerals.

We don't have dogma.
