The best way to help someone addicted to drugs is to offer support and lots of information. You can go to numerous different places in your hometown to find information packets that you can pass on to individuals with addiction problems.

sweetie, the only way you can help people quit drugs is pray.Ask God to please help the suffering addicts. The only way they will stop is if THEY want to. They are going to want the help. Now, if someone comes up to you and asks you what you can do for them, they would like to come off of drugs, what would you say??? Have you had any background experience on drugs? Has a family member been on drugs?What is the subject in school called? I am sorry for putting you thru the third degree but you could do alot of harm if you dont know anything about the subject you are getting into.Really, the only thing you could tell them is to get into a 12 step program. Tha t would be A.A. and, or, N.A. which is alcohol anynmous and narcotic anynmous.If they feel they would need more help than that, they do have 28 to 30 day inpatient treatment facilaties.Thats pretty much all you could do. Give them your phone number in case they want to talk. Hope you get a nice grade.

Steal their drugs and use them yourself. They don't have any drugs anymore, so they're not using them.
