Mothers work visa has been expired, she is going to leave US when baby will have around 6 months. Father of baby is an American. She will need some assistance for that 6 months. Can she get anything for the baby ?

Sure she can, my taxes keep everyone else on welfare fat and happy, point her in the direction of her nearest office. Doesn't the American father have a job? And if it's only formula she needs she can get WIC and as far as diapers....leave that up to the father. Don't tell me he can't afford to buy diapers for 6 months?!?!?!?!?

Father does not want to take any responsibility and does not want to buy diapers because he wants to buy new car and travel instead..... Getting child support from him may be difficult if mother will move back to Europe.

If the baby was born in the US then it's a citizen. The mother should be able to assistance for the baby.

If she gets on WIC, she can get formula and pampers for free right along with other stuff like beans and cheese and other stuff until the baby reaches 5 yrs. of age.

What she needs is some birth control and a free ride back to Mexico but our government is so stupid that they will give her food stamps, wic and any other handout she doesn't deserve.

no, but the father can. If the father is american, give the baby to him and go back to your country, apply to get another visa. Follow our laws please.
