NZ.

Plenty of room there as many of them have emigrated to Australia.

Between the two definetly New Zealand. Your best bet to actually go there find a job and apply from inside the Country for a work permit (something you are NOT allowed to do in Australia). The application process shouldn't last more than a month, then you are ready to live there. P.S. : be carefull on the job you choose has to be something not everybody in new zealand can do.

If you're a skilled worker, you can migrate to Australia as a permanent resident. Visit immi.gov.au for more details and the list of occupations which are on demand. The process lasts about a year and then with that visa you can work either in Australia or NZ. I just did that.

Its easier to come to New Zealand, and a lot of people come here and then wait 3? or 4? (can't remember how long it takes) years until they become a citizen, and then move to Australia as New Zealand citizens can move to Aussie with no hassle.

Migrate to New Zealand then once you have become a kiwi and got a New Zeland passport apply to come to Australia better pay and most city's here are way warmer.
