I'm assuming car insurance? If so, try GEICO!
If you use one of those generic save your $$ insurance, you do not get the the *quality* customer service. You get the run around..... and actually, I think you even pay more... cause they ask you to put soo much $$ down. And you end up with less coverage.
I use to use them, but, I switched to AAA. Just because we have house insurance thru them as well.

Go to your local independent insurance agency. They can look at many, many different companies to find you the best price. Where I work, we have about 20 companies that we normally use, and access to over 100.
