Is she teething? My son eats less when getting a new tooth because of the pain or discomfort. Something must be bothering her ... how long has she done this? Does she have a sore throat?
If you know shes not in any discomfort let her try feeding herself. Have you tried finger foods. Very small and soft foods. My son is 9 months and loves to feed himself. He picks up cheerios and I give him little pieces of crackers to pick up. I just tried Gerber meat sticks ~ cut up real small. He loves those ... they are soft and he mashes it in his mouth. He also likes bits of muffins and toast. She can eat whatever you eat as long as its really small and soft that she can mash.
As for the bottle feeding .. have you tried a sippy cup. Otherwise Im not sure. My kids never refused a bottle before.
Schedule ... heres what I do for my son who is 9 months. He has an 8oz bottle when he wakes in the morning... 8 am.
9am ~ he snacks on cheerios while I prepare breakfast. Infant cereal and a jar of fruit. He'll also take little bits of whatever Im eating and feed himself.
Around 1pm hell wake from his nap and have another 8oz bottle.
like an hour later Ill serve him lunch. Jar of veggies and some kind of meat or soup.
6pm bottle and dinner or cereal and fruit
8pm 4oz of formula ... helps him fall asleep
As for salt ... a little wont hurt !

Well, if you havent already, which I hope you have... consult your doctor asap..

Some babies start to get bored with the bottle as they get older. This month and next month you should be introducing your baby to sippy cups and different stages of baby food. Try mixing foods with baby rice, oatmeal, or cereal.

Also babies this age respond to texture in their foods as much as the taste. Introduce foods with new textures, like toast or jello. And remember, though baby may not be quite old enough to eat 'table' food. Giving baby tiny peices of table food every now and then cannot hurt.
Also try the baby snacks too, theyre small sweet and crunchy, but they dissolve in the mouth so baby doesnt choke.
Now is also a good time to begin being more involved with juices, and other fillers besides the bottle.

It also sounds a little like baby may be getting some teeth in, too. Baby Orajel, and Tylenol may help numb the pain before meals. Dont forget, babies at this age still get gas, and may need a little help burping, too.
