I'm suffering from a very bad case of food poisoning. When I threw up last night, it was different than usual, if there is a "usual". It was extremely forceful and acidic, to the point that the acid has burned my tongue, throat, and uvula. Twelve hours later, my uvula is hanging down to the point where it is sitting on the back of my tongue and I gag each time it hits my tonsils. I'm looking for advice. I have no health insurance, so if I go to the doc, it could be extremely expensive. Should I give it a couple days and see if it shrinks back?

I've never heard of it happening but I suppose it could be possible. I would suspect that you've gotten it irritated and swollen from the projectile vomiting that’s been going on. If your tonsils are so swollen that everything back there is touching, then more than likely you have an infection (that's where infection likes to go, to your tonsils) and need to be on antibiotics. It could be the reason you’re throwing up rather than food poisoning. If that could be the case I would go directly to the nearest hospital or clinic, and worry about the money later. Your health is of the utmost importance here. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.

Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.

I got the same once;

I think that it could be just really sore and inflammated, drink cold beverages and eat a lot of ice cream, I would give it two days.
