To sum it up...
I c this beautiful girl at school, try asking her out, she rejects me, i chase her for 4 months, she still rejects me, i somehow amaze her, we start dating, she falls in love with me, i ofcourse fall in love with her, 1.5 years pass, we are happy as ever, we talk about marriage after college, we go to prom, i get very very very very, unbelievably high, graduation song comes, we talk about memories, she talks about the future, kids, i kinda go crazy because im high, i say **** kids, **** you, ill slam them against the wall, hahaha, (no).
She starts crying, we break up, we both feel like ****, i try gettin back with her, explain that i was high, tells me she used to get high too, true feelings come out when your high, we go on to college, i miss her, i know for a fact she is still miserable without me (she kinda said it, and her friends told me too).
Come to now, 3 years have past, and I want her back, we were deep in love, but she doesnt want to get back with me......

She says that im just like the other jerks before me, and that she is afraid i will break her heart again. We both tried dating other people, and both failed miserably, we dont keep in contact anymore, but our friends tell me she has been single for 2 years now. I got with many girls after her, but I never felt the same, no one could replace her. I need advice, how do I win her back? Is it possible? We havent moved on, and I want to move on, but I cant, I love her soo much.

Sounds like you blew it to me. And yes, you CAN move on - you're just choosing not to. Just because she's still single doesn't mean she hasn't moved on. If she hasn't contacted you, then she's not interested anymore. If you must, call her and tell her your true feelings and ask her if she feels the same. Don't waste your time on her friends or asking people on here who don't know either of you - talk to HER!

You need to quit the drugs and get serious. You can be her friend again, have her learn something different about you, she might notice that you changed to better. So you might have her back after you change first.
