don't use soap, use a face wash for normal skin only(i.e a neutral face wash).don't put on any creams or anything on your face.just let it be.don't touch it ,coz you transfer bacteria from your hands to your face, drink lots of water,i usaully drink a huge glassfull of mildly hot water before going to bed at night.wash your face with cold water only, especially before going to bed,or when you come in from somewhere, have a strict timing for your meals, excercise till you sweat, coz sweat also helps to get rid of pimples, get rid of dandruff if you have any ,early to bed, early to rise and try to stay stress free.if this doesn't work in about two weeks time,go see a dermatologist.

Try a light dose of antibiotics to clear it up, and make sure youre washing, toning and then putting a repair lotion on your skin. I tried EVERYTHING and thats what worked for me. I gave in after trying all the products on the market and got proactive and it actually works great for me. Ask your doc about the antibiotic, it should clear it up, but make sure youre doing your part with the cleaning steps

Go to a dermatologist if you haven't already, and there is a drug out (it has a whole lot of side effects but it is worth it) called accutane. I did it when I was 16 and I haven't had acne since. It quite literally changes your DNA. But only your dermatologist can decide if that is right for you.

Stop using products with chemicals and try natural products.Dermatologists are good and if you choose to use their service, try to find one who will help you diagnose the reason.I used to have problems until I stopped the chemical routine and changed my diet.I do not use beauty products and when I use soap, it is one that is recommended for babies and those with skin problems.Everybody has a different chemistry but skin problems cross racial, religious and social barriers.
