Regarding MS outlook 2002?

Question

I can successfully print an e-mail out of my inbox, but then the e-mail disappears from the inbox. All other folders have been checked and the e-mail is not found. I reviewed the Microsoft website and no help was there for this problem. Any suggestions or ideas are most appreciated.
