i got shot in the chin with a bb gun and it left a scab and now it is all red all on my chin and it is spreeding and it is dried out as could be and it hurts really bad and the skin cracks and bleeds!

It is probably infected. You should apply antibacterial ointment, avaiable at any pharmacy OTC. If this does not take care of it, the doctor will prescribe a broad gram negative/positive antibacterial

Is the bb still in there. If it is, that is not a good thing. You need to see a Dr. You could have an infection or poisoning from the metal of the bb.

You need to have the bb removed if it is still under the skin. Since your skin is very red and painful, it sounds like a bad infection. You need to seek medical attention right away.

Your mom needs to take extra ideal are of you. You for sure have an infection, you want to flow to the health practitioner if the wound an infection has spread that a lot and get some antibiotics.

Well, just put some ointment on such as neospirin and let it heal naturally. I am assuming that the BB did not embed itself in the skin. Next time, pick some better friends that won't shoot at you

Hot compress....run hot water on a washcloth and hold to the spot, rinse and repeat for 5-10 mins.... Gently wash with soap and rinse. Use peroxide if you like. Keep your hands off of it! Cover with bandaid.
If the red continues to spread, professional help is needed.

did you take the bb out? put some antibiotic cream on it after you have cleaned it good. then see you doctor as soon as you can. stop playing with bb guns. you apparently do not respect them.

My brother shot me in the forehead with a bb gun once it really hurts. take some pain reliever and cover it with foundation no one will even notice it.

You have an infection and YOU NEED TO GET YOUR LITTLE SELF TO PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL TREATMENT!
An infection is nothing to mess with and usually can be easily remedied, but if you let it go you can get yourself VERY sick. Please, I encourage you to get a medical professional to look at it.
Don't let it go a day longer, get it looked at before the weekend and then you have that time to let the meds. start healing it before next week.
