Not that I would, but the conversation came up with an EX that I have TONS of nude pictures of , she's of age and fantastic to look at naked. If I posted them, or sent them to friends is that illegal? Wrong and immoral, obvious but illegal???

It's an interesting legal question. The bottom line, though, is that the pictures were allowed based on trust. If you share those photos with anyone or post them on the internet without express permission to do so then you deserve every negative thing that can be brought down on you. If you did that to a friend of mine you would spend the rest of your life dealing with my revenge.

I do not think there is anything wrong with sharing classy nude pictures of your girlfriend. I am very interested in your plight. I would advise you, before posting those pics, to Email them to me, so I can make sure they are in good taste. I have some very interesting photos of previous girlfriends, and several ex-wives that I'd be glad to share with you. I will keep this on a level of high standards. I will not beg you, but pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee send them to me.

yes it is, if you are going to post nude pictures of someone, you best have their permission, or you could be sued big time, and i'm not talking just a little cash, i am talking big time. there is a differance when you have the right to take them, but posting them you best think on it. How would you like it if it was you? and you trusted a person to take yours, and they posted yours. How would you feel. You need to ask yourself the same question

GET A RELEASE FORM. IF IT IS SIGNED, THERE IS NOT A THING THEY CAN DO LEGALLY, AGAINST YOU.
maybe get pissed, but you are clear as long as you have that photo release form with their signature.
