How do you know if a guy is still with you because he likes you or because he is too afraid to dump you because it would hurt your feelings?

I think you are being too insecure darling.
Even if a guy is really shy, it doesn't mean he is stupid; Besides, He would stay with you only if he knows for sure that he's not going to find better; As in, he's ugly and you're stupid enough to love him.
So, the way I see it , you should rather enjoy your time together and give the guy a break.
By being so insecure and asking for constant reassurance from a guy, you'll become boring and a moaning girl who will make anybody wants to go and find better!x

Best thing to do it to talk to him about it. If your feeling a certain way or getting a vibe that maybe he is not "diggin" you anymore then you need to be honest with him on how you feel. Say you if your trying to spare my feelings here I understand that but you need to let me know whats going on. He should be being honest with you too and not afraid to say, hey this might not be working for me. You may get hurt but that is the risk we take in relationships. I hope it works out for you good luck and if he does break up with you then take it as a life lesson, you deserve better anyway too!

You can tell a guy doesn't like you by the way he acts near you. If he doesn't acknowledge your presents in public than he probably doesn't like you anymore. If he begins to flirt with other girls and forget that you are there then, yes, he doesn't love you anymore. If you think that your guy wants to dump you then, try to talk to him. You and hims should seriously talk to each other. Ask him if he truly loves you anymore. You should try to solve this problem quickly so that you can move on.
