I've used it, it worked but I had to follow a meal plan.
It's banned in Canada, my country, now because of it's horrible side effects. If you take it longer than 10 days you could suffer from serious problems.
It can cause strokes and heart attacks. If you are looking to lose weight don't try to take the high road, believe me, it will get you no where. The best "diet" out there is not so much a diet but a lifestyle change. Try the Dr. Phil wieght loss management program. I am doing it now and things are going very well!

Ooooh, nasty stuff. I got heart palpitations, sweatiness & just basically felt like crap. It also caused meto have some short term memory loss. It can be dangerous, too, but you already know that. There's a reason that its being pulled from so many shelves. That stuff's just not safe.

I used it for several years and would feel jittery and when i would get in bed at night, i would feel my heart jumping and doing weird things in my chest. I went to the doctor and he said none of these products are good for you and can damage your heart. It's not worth it, I promise.
