There are many ways you can do so.

1. Use a Camcorder
2. Use your Webcam
3. Use a website.

and you'll need a software to make them as a video that you can publish, if you are using windows xp - there is Windows movie maker thats available.

Yea use a camcorder that you buy, or if you want to record stuff on your computer use one of these two programs, they are both very good:
