why do i have smelly feet part 2?

i do shower everyday!!! i wear heels, no closed up shoes!! i do wash them but its smells a lil, its not covered up at all!!!

You might have a bacterial or fungal infection if you are washing every day, not wearing shoes with socks, and they still smell.

This is what you should try, you may have to do this several times like twice a week for two or three weeks.

1 Make sure you have a different pare of shoes, and do not wear them two days on a row.

2 clean your bath tub/ shower with you in it use bleach and let you feet get scrub ed and soke in the bleach, water, use Ajax or some thing like that.

3 dip you shoes in bleach water if you can and let them dry real good.

4 this will sound weird but does work, empty out your sock drawer all of them and throw any old ones. wash them all, take them out and run the washer once again with nothing in there and lot of bleach.
when the socks are still wet iron them and make sure they steam real good, then rewash them, the steam will kill any thing.

5 throw out all your old shoes.

6 when you get out of the shower make sure they are very dry, use baby powder when you can.
