How can atheists deny the existence of langoliers without providing proof of their non-existence?

Well I read about langoliers in a book. I guess I should believe in them.

I can certainly profess my admiration of the langoliers.

Is this a serious question? aren't the langoliers those wierd time traveling creatures from that movie?

A pretty good movie btw.

I've seen/dated purposeless, lazy men but never has one (langolier)been seen eating any of these.-lol
Why should I believe in something I've never seen or heard of? I'm being lazy right now-no demons eating me :-)

missy_m_3 - they're from the books; the movie was based on them. Just like the bible is a book, with movies based on it.
