Frederic Fekkai glossing shampoo and conditioner. It is pricey but hands down the best I have ever tried. My hair is so soft and very shiny. I get compliments all the time. If you want to save some money, just use the glossing cream--you only need the tiniest possible amount. It will make a huge difference in how shiny your hair is.

The absolute best is a new brand just coming out called Organix. It's got organic active ingredients and is sulfate free, so it won't dry out your hair...and the fragrances are amazing! You'll be able to get Organix over the next few weeks at Kroger, Target, Albertsons, Safeway, Duane Reade, etc. You'll love it!

I make my own shampoo and rinse and my hair always acts better, is softer and easier to style. Those bought and paid for shampoos have way too many ingredients to be useful, except for messing up the hair shaft.

Suave shampoo and some crappy Garnier curl defining conditioner (it does the opposite of what it's supposed to and makes my curls flat and straight).

I use Pureology, it's the best out there for all hair types and smells super good. It doesn't dry out or damage the hair or the hair cuticle. You will spend more money for it, but you get better result in the short and long terms, also you only have t use half as much.
