im not looking to see my ribs or have a six pack i just want to have a tighter tummy whats the best fastest way to do that

I am sorry, but there is no fast way to do it....

If you are still interested then you need to begin exercising and eating healthy. Concentrate on total-body and compound exercises (squat, bench press, pull-up, etc) during workouts. Try to get in 3-4 30 minute sessions of cardio every week (running, cycling, swimming, etc). Eat healthy and divide your meals into 5 each day instead of 3. Keep with it and the "tightness" will follow. Good luck.

If you're exercising using calisthenics, keep doing what you're doing. You will get results as you increase your effort. You're a teen, your body hasn't fully developed yet, so I would not recommend weight training just yet. Scientifically, this is due to cartilage and bones that must first solidify.
You are also a female, so you should be able to lose the roll a lot quicker than men just because male and female are different that way. Also remember, a little tummy isn't all that bad, so don't feel bad about it because your body hasn't fully developed yet. :)

Gentle exercise. Instead of getting the bus/car to school/college - walk instead or ride a bike. If you are in the mall use the stairs instead of escaltor/lift. If you have a little brother or sister go out on your bikes to the local park - its the little things that make a difference. Crunches help but make it more fun. Listen to your Ipod/stereo, also DANCING is the ultimate work out. get your friends over and bust those mooves!

Walking or jogging & sit ups. Knock-off the fast food for about
2 weeks eat more itmes such as bananas, apples & oranges.

healthiest way is to do sit ups every morning and night. britney spears reputed to have done 600 sit ups every day to get the tight tummy that she has.

if you have money, go to slimming centres... altho many doubt its effectiveness.

portion control and a little excersise. crunches and squats.
