When you write "worst king of china"(sic), how do you mean worst? There are many to choose from...

The only person in history close to being a "woman king of China" was the dowager empress Ci Xi (see link below)... Otherwise, there's never been such a person in Chinese history.

Palace laws were different with every emporer; that's a topic for a PhD level research grant (good luck!). As for common household rules for peasants, that too varied from region to region.

The only female monarch in Chinese history was Wu zetian,of Tang dynasty.
