The Bible says man is capable of anything. That is why the tower of Babel was such a threat.
(Genesis 11:6) And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

This is from my brother in law who IS a physicist.
As we get older and our mental capabilities improve we move from a simple understanding that if a ball is in front of us and we do not observe the ball as it is taken away that the perception that the ball no longer exists is not real but rather we perceive that it still exists even though we do not see it any longer...our perception of time and space is relative to the position from which we are observing and holds the time as constant as the knowledge of the existence of the ball no matter from what position we observe it from...if you have not grasped the concept of object permanence, observing the time would be easier to understand if you were in space observing others on earth in different time zones...now, consider that if you were capable of traveling past the speed of light (close to 300,000,000 m/s) and not rearranging your atoms across the whole of the universe in the process, you would be able to theoretically enter into the forth dimension and move through time both forward and backward and then live in the future or live in the past.

Well, it's possible to look back at the past. When we look at the stars we can see stars that may not even exist today as it may have taken the light we see today thousands of years to get to us. During that time of travel, that star could've exploded already. So if we can see the distant past, why wouldn't we be able to travel into the past if a machine were developed that could travel faster that the speed of light? Good thought-provoking question!

Some have said to believe that the Green hairless aliens with 4 fingers are just humans from the future. That through evolution, the pinky was eliminated, and the human is able to improve brain function to use telepathy. We'd have to learn to travel faster than the speed of light. Possible? Sure, anything is possible, will we see it in our time. Heck no.

In order to build a time machine that works you'd need a battery larger than the earth itself, or convertable heat equal to the center of the sun.

Depends, I've heard that at MIT the concept of time travel is possible, but not probable.
To actually time travel would require every piece of matter to be reorganize to a specific state at a specific time. Although we do have the capacity to hold the data required to do this. we don't have the data itself, nor the means to rearrange matter to what ever we want.
Religiously, God lives forever and is "all powerful". If that's the case, then time as we see it is irrelevant not not linear. which would explain how he could be with each of us all the time. And how he is "nowhere, but everywhere."

No. Time is not a fixed construct. To travel to the past would mean you were going to change an event. If you changed that event, present you would not know it happened and, therefore, did not travel back in time to change said event. Besides, even if you could travel in time, it'd be really dangerous. Bradbury's story (and now movie) "A Sound Like Thunder) is a good example of what could happen.

ill pretend your question is "is a time machine possible?"
no even inventing the time machine without ever building it could completly destroy reality. time machines alow for parodoxs and thats impossible. however if you meant can time be manipulated than yes time is a rate of change. ever heard someone say i had a long day? this is because time is relitive to change. fast forward and slow motion not rewind and skip.

I think so, the Bible says there is nothing new under the sun, meaning things we find in the future have always been.
