Crisco Has a 0 trans fat product out now which main ingrediant is "fully hydrogenated oil", is this any better for you than "partially hydrogenated oil?

trans fat IS hydrogenated oil. I think someone is lying.

They're lying. By definition, trans fat is a type of fat that has been transformed from its original state, and the hydrogenation process transforms liquid oil to a solid form. Fully hydrogenated oil is every bit as bad for you as partially hydrogenated oil. If you ever have to use cooking oil, your best friend is olive oil (no trans fat, very low in saturated fat, very high in monounsaturated fat which is very good for you).
