The person who was dumped should not ask for a second chance. However, I know how difficult it is to not ask. Best option, show that person that you are out, having fun and living your life. That generally brings them around.

well if the guy thinks he made a mistake by dumping her then the guy should ask for a second chance especialy if the girl did nothing wrong, if the girl loves the guy and dont want to lose him, then she would of ask for a reconcilliation already. but if you both dont love. then move on.

i does no longer have it noticeably if the female dumped me, fairly i'd like it if my modern-day GF leaves to ask for me back, because men are those that are meant to ask, some ladies do not yet because you do more suitable capacity to you, your loving for asking back, he will say convinced why do not you try it!
